一、指导思想 以邓小平理论、 “三个代表”重要思想为指导,以国家、上海中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要为 引领,以“为了闵行每一个孩子的健康快乐成长”为目标,以学校、家庭和社区为主阵地,坚持德 育为先、育人为本、学生健康第一的理念,把社会主义核心价值体系融入教育全过程;以“龙文化 探究与实践” 、孝敬父母“六个一”实践体验活动教育为特色,深入实施“两纲”教育,推进学科德 育课程建设,提高学科德育的教学质量;注重爱国、感恩、诚信、礼仪、生命、劳动等教育,探索 学生快乐半日活动日,与社区有机结合,培养学生的学习能力、创新能力、实践能力;加强机制、 队伍和载体的建设;架构德育课程体系,营造三位一体的大德育环境,崇尚德育实践与活动体验; 继续围绕德育队伍建设、行规示范校建设、心理健康教育和家庭教育等主要工作,切实提高德育工 作的针对性和有效性,加强未成年人思想道德建设,关注学生的身心健康,促进学生全面发展。 二.重点工作 1.坚持德育为先、育人为本,树立全新德育理念,以“温馨教室”建设为抓手,加强班级日常 管理,开学初制定出德育/少先队工作导向,一月一主题、一周一重点。继续完善四级管理的德育网 络,强化全员德育意识,深化德育队伍建设与育德能力的提高,促进学校德育发展。 2、以民族精神教育月为契机,以“半日活动”为载体,以上海市市级项目《价值多元背景下小 学学科德育建设的对策研究》为抓手,深化“两纲”教育,建设学科德育主阵地,继续加强校本德 育课程的实践研究,推进未成年人思想道德建设。 3、依托德育校本课程《小小神龙》 、 《小苗初长》的实践研究,强化小学生日常行为规范训练和 安全教育,把行规训练与学科教育有机融合,培养学生良好的行为习惯,提高学生的道德水平,迎 接新一轮上海市行为规范示范校的验收。 4、依托区《健康与幸福》课程共同体,开展本课程的研究与实施,提高师生的生活质量,推进 教育国际化进程。 5、规范学校心理健康教育,加强家庭教育指导研究,深化学校、家庭、社区联动,促使学生全 面健康快乐成长。 三、具体工作 (一) .以民族精神活动月为契机,深化“两纲”教育,推进未成年人思想道德建设。 1.采用多种形式开展丰富多彩的专题教育。 (1)结合 9 月 3 日, 《开学第一课——美在你身边》 ,在学生中开展发现美、传递美、创造美、 和谐美等教育。每个班级开展观看活动并进行讨论,开展一次以“美就在你身边”讨论活动,倡导 学生发现美、传递美、创造美。 (2)结合教师节,开展尊师感恩教育活动。三——五年级学生中开展 “我心目中的好老师” 推荐活动。充分展示学生尊敬教师、热爱校园的情感。 (3)以九月的民族精神教育月活动为契机,扎实推进“两纲”教育。
